Formerly a Principal at Monitor Clipper Partners, a middle market private equity firm affiliated with the strategic consulting firm Monitor Group in Boston, MA, Paul had 11 years of private equity and investment banking experience before co-founding Great Range Capital. Prior to joining MCP, Paul worked with private equity firm Fenway Partners in New York. While with MCP and Fenway, Paul was responsible for originating and executing transactions in the healthcare, business services, consumer, and manufacturing industries, among others. In addition, Paul worked extensively with portfolio companies on operational improvements, financings, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Before joining Fenway, Paul worked for investment bank Salomon Smith Barney in New York, where he worked on debt, equity and M&A assignments for the firm's financial sponsor clients.
