Great Range Capital’s Keaton Cross and Zach Neuner Promoted to Vice President
New year, new titles. We’re thrilled to kick off 2026 with not one, but two well-deserved promotions. Please join us in congratulating Great Range Capital’s newest Vice Presidents, Keaton Cross and Zach Neuner.
A Kansas City native and University of Kansas alum, Keaton’s resume includes roles as an Investment Banking Analyst with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York City and as an Associate at Insight Equity in Dallas. Since joining GRC in March 2022, he has worked closely with portfolio companies Spirit Miller, Citadel Security USA, America’s Best Carpet & Tile, Salon Service Group, and Labor Source, supporting value creation initiatives through M&A execution, strategic analysis, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

Zach, who hails from Missouri and graduated from Mizzou, came to GRC in April 2021 after serving as an Associate at Advantage Capital in St. Louis. Since joining the Investment Team, Zach has been responsible for the origination, evaluation, and execution of both platform and add-on acquisitions. He has played a key role in supporting portfolio companies Roofed Right America, FairWave, and Synetic through value creation initiatives, including corporate development, growth and resource planning, and financial reporting.
