Mark Fenner Joins Great Range Capital’s Market Ambassador Program
Fenner to expand the Kansas City private equity firm’s presence in Columbia, MO
Columbia, MO. Great Range Capital (GRC) is pleased to welcome Mark Fenner to its Market Ambassador Program (MAP). As GRC’s first market ambassador based in Columbia, MO, Fenner will play an integral role in expanding the firm’s presence and identifying new acquisition opportunities.
Fenner has spent over three decades leading companies through growth and business improvement processes—most recently as President and CEO of MFA Oil. During his tenure, MFA Oil nearly tripled its earnings and acquired over 50 companies. Previously, Fenner was the national account director for the south region at CHS, a global agribusiness cooperative, where he was responsible for revenues exceeding $8 billion. He currently stays involved in his local community by serving as a board member for the University of Missouri-Columbia’s Trulaske College of Business, Gary Pinkel’s GP M.A.D.E Foundation and the Ronald McDonald House of Mid-Missouri.
As a member of the MAP, Fenner joins a network of experienced and esteemed Midwest-region executives who are committed to promoting the firm and expanding its growing portfolio in their respective communities and networks throughout the heartland.
“We’re so pleased to have Mark join our MAP team and represent GRC in Columbia,” said Paul Maxwell, Managing Partner, Great Range Capital. “In addition to being passionate about acquisition and partnership opportunities, he’s clearly dedicated to his community and will make an excellent ambassador.”
