
Tom Volini
With more than 27 years of experience exclusively representing office tenants in lease negotiations, Tom Volini has completed assignments totaling more than 23 million square feet with financial consideration in excess of $8 billion.
He currently serves as Vice Chair with Colliers’ Occupier Advisors Group where he’s responsible for growing the company’s tenant representation platform in the Midwest region while servicing and expanding the strategic national accounts practice group.
Tom joined Colliers after spending 10 years as an Executive Vice President with the Office Tenant Representation Services Group of Grubb & Ellis where he specialized in tenant representation in the Chicago region and nationally.
Tom has served on the boards of several companies, including Midwestern Electric, Cevaal Insurance and Kansas State Bank, and currently serves as a board member for both Lyon County State Bank and the Real Estate Investment Association. He is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago and The Chicago Club and formerly served on the executive management committee as a senior equity investor with The Winbury Group.
Tom donates his time and resources to a number of nonprofit organizations, including the Chicago Architecture Foundation, Kanakuk Camps, Friends of Palm Beach, The National Shrine of Saint Francis Xavier Cabrini, The Pembroke Hill School, The Kansas City Symphony, The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art and the Village Presbyterian Church Food Pantry. He also serves on the board of directors for Phoenix Family.
